Stephen Johnson is the Founder and CEO of JSA Caribbean Motorcycle Tours, bringing decades of entrepreneurial experience and a lifelong passion for helping people reach their highest potential. A versatile business leader, Stephen has built and developed companies across multiple industries, including mental health, fitness, real estate, construction, and business networking.
With 33 years as a licensed mental health counselor and 13 years as the owner of two mental health clinics, Stephen has dedicated much of his career to guiding individuals toward personal growth, resilience, and success. His entrepreneurial path also includes 30 years as a real estate
investor, ownership of three Powerhouse Gyms, and five years as a general contractor, demonstrating his ability to turn vision into thriving, sustainable businesses.
Driven by hard work, honesty, and integrity, Stephen is deeply motivated by the pursuit of his own goals—and equally passionate about helping others achieve theirs. Whether building companies,

Brian Halverson
Owner & COO
Brian Halverson, Owner and COO of JSA Caribbean Motorcycle Tours, brings more than 52 years of riding experience to every adventure he leads. A lifelong motorcyclist, Brian has spent decades mastering both street and dirt riding, logging over 15,000 miles a year and racing at legendary tracks such as Laguna Seca, Sears Point, and Thunderhill. He also spent two years competing in flat-track racing, further sharpening his skills and instincts.
Beyond riding, Brian is a highly experienced mechanic with 40 years in the trade, including 10 years as an ASE-certified technician at St. Clair Cadillac. His deep mechanical knowledge ensures that every bike
on tour is maintained with expert care and attention to detail.
For Brian, motorcycles aren’t just a passion—they’re a way of life. Whether he’s guiding riders through the Caribbean or wrenching in the shop, he’s never happier than when he’s around motorcycles and the people who love them.

Pouchon Rozil is a highly experienced Tour Guide with over 20 years of professional experience working with tour and adventure companies across the Dominican Republic. As the driver of our follow van, Pouchon plays a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, safe, and premium travel experience.
Fluent in five languages, Pouchon provides expert translation services, helps clients connect with anything they may need, and ensures every moment of the journey feels effortless and enjoyable. Known for his charming, friendly, and gregarious personality, he consistently creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.
