JSA Caribbean Motorcycle Tours was built on a shared passion for motorcycles, adventure, and creating unforgettable experiences in the Dominican Republic. Our team brings together decades of riding expertise, deep local knowledge, and a commitment to safety, service, and authenticity—so every ride is as seamless as it is exhilarating.
At the heart of JSA is founder and CEO Stephen Johnson, a lifelong entrepreneur whose career spans mental health, fitness, real estate, construction, and business development. With over 33 years as a licensed mental health counselor and a track record of building successful, people-focused businesses, Stephen brings a rare blend of leadership, integrity, and purpose to everything JSA does. His vision is simple: create meaningful experiences that challenge, inspire, and elevate every rider who joins us.
Our tours are led by Brian Halverson, Owner and COO, whose motorcycle experience is as deep as it gets. With more than 52 years of riding, extensive racing history, and over 40 years as a professional mechanic—including a decade as an ASE-certified technician—Brian ensures every route is expertly guided and every bike is meticulously maintained. His lifelong dedication to motorcycles means riders can focus on the adventure, knowing they’re in capable hands.
Supporting every journey is Pouchon Rozil, our highly experienced tour guide and follow-van driver. With over 20 years of experience working with tour and adventure companies across the Dominican Republic and fluency in five languages, Pouchon plays a vital role in keeping each tour running smoothly. Known for his warm personality and exceptional service, he helps guests feel welcomed, supported, and fully immersed in the experience.
Together, our team combines expert riding leadership, mechanical precision, local insight, and genuine hospitality.
